When will my order ship?
We’ll process and ship your order as quickly as possible, generally within 2-3 business days. (Note: Bulk, wholesale and made-to-order products require additional processing time.) Once your shipment leaves our studio, we’ll email you a tracking number. Standard shipments typically arrive within 5-7 business days of order date.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes! We’re happy to help you design a custom creation for your special event, home or office. Schedule your Custom Order consultation by calling Siggy, directly, at (585) 354-8050 or by emailing Custom@PrismaticGardens.com.

Can I purchase your products in person?
Yes! Click here (or on the “Stockist” tab) to peruse a list of shops. If you’re a vendor hoping to partner with us, email hello@PrismaticGardens.com. We also participate in art and fine craft fairs. Do you offer Private Workshops?
Yes! We love learning from and educating others through Public and Private Workshops, where you’ll select your own materials and create your own masterpieces. We now offer Virtual Workshops via Zoom! Click here or on the “Private Events & Workshops” tab for details.

How do I care for my terrarium?
A professionally-printed Assembly & Care card accompanies each living terrarium we ship. No-care terrariums are best placed away from direct sunlight and in low humidity to ensure lasting vibrancy and to preserve their organic properties for years of amusement.

General Policies

Prismatic Gardens creations result from the loving and careful pairing of quality natural objects and the healthiest plants. As with all nature-based elements, slight variations are to be expected. Those differences enhance the unique beauty and individuality of our handcrafted terrariums, floral arrangements and curiosity pieces.

Plant Handling
We are meticulous in our selection process, striving to ship only the healthiest and highest-quality plants. Just as in the natural world, variety and diversity add to our plants’ inherent appeal: Your air plant will differ from all others in color, size and personality.

Upon delivery, you may notice minor leaf imperfections. Or, possibly, a broken leaf. It’s also common for air plants to lose their lower leaves, when first acclimating to new environments. If leaf tips brown, you may safely trim them with scissors.

Prismatic Gardens offers a 30-day guarantee on plant materials.

Damage
We carefully hand-wrap each item prior to shipping. This ensures that your order arrives safely and intact. If an item appears to be damaged, please notify us within 5 business days. Your email must include photographs of the damaged item(s). Upon review and verification, we’ll begin processing replacement of any damaged item(s). Submit your request and related photographs to: hello@PrismaticGardens.com.

Returns
Due to the nature of the items we sell (i.e., live plants, natural elements revered for their imperfections), all sales are final.
